Cooling-off period/returns
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not meet your expectations, or there may be another reason why you do not wish to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
Note! The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that you purchase through this online store and that are made according to the specifications you provided (custom-made products). The sale is therefore final after successful payment.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the online store are at your own expense.These costs amount to approximately 7.25 euros per package including VAT; please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@marvins.eu . We will then refund the amount due for the order within 14 days after you have reported your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged for a return.
